Should I run a clip fan 24/7 in my grow tent?
Yes. Constant air movement prevents mould, evens out temperature and humidity, and strengthens stems. EC-motor clip fans draw very little power, so running them around the clock costs next to nothing.
What's the difference between a clip fan and an oscillating wall fan?
Clip fans mount to your tent poles and suit tents and tight spaces; oscillating wall fans are larger units that sweep air across a full grow room. Small tents usually need one or two clip fans — bigger rooms benefit from a wall fan as well.
Do clip fans replace an exhaust fan?
No. Clip fans circulate air inside the space; an inline exhaust fan exchanges it. You need both for a properly controlled environment.
